Frequently asked questions

What are the typical timelines?

We reply to your request within 1–2 business days. The initial assessment and plan are completed in 2–4 weeks. Execution proceeds by modules with releases every 2–6 weeks, depending on scope.

What budget do we start from?

You can start small, with a single module or an assessment/roadmap. After the initial analysis we send a clear phased quote so you can decide step-by-step.

Co-creation: how does it work in practice?

We validate the idea (fit, risks, KPIs), define governance and the agreement (equity or revenue share), and choose the path: an independent spin-off or integration into the holding as a new operating module.

Who owns data and intellectual property?

Project data and deliverables remain the client’s property. For co-creation initiatives, rights and IP are defined in the term sheet and governance agreement.

Can we use our own suppliers and tools?

Yes. We coordinate existing suppliers and integrate tools already in use (ERP/CRM, e-commerce, BI, automations). If specific expertise is missing, we activate selected partners.

How do you measure success?

Agreed KPIs and an initial baseline, shared dashboards, and periodic reviews. Each phase has objectives, outputs, and completion criteria.

In which languages and countries do you operate?

We work in English, Italian, Portuguese, and Arabic. EU operations and cross-border projects (Incoterms, customs, logistics). Remote by default; on-site meetings when needed.

Can the project be stopped?

Yes. We work in phases: at the end of a phase you can continue, pause, or close. In case of closure, we provide a full handover and documentation.

How do you handle security and access?

Minimum-necessary access, dedicated credentials, NDAs, and audit trails for critical activities. We use separate environments and permission controls for integrations and automations.
